By focusing our energy less on the past and more on the present, or the "NOW", we begin to see that "nothing has ever happened in the past".

This week, let's try to focus our energy and our thoughts on the present. When the "what if's" and the "what could've of been" start to come, divert that energy to "what can I do now to alter my reality."
