If you are not completely satisfied with the products in your order, you can return them for a full refund of your purchase price (including shipping and taxes). 

Within thirty (30) days of your order date, contact us with your request to initiate a return. We will promptly provide you with an address to return the used products to. Once we receive your return shipment, we will refund your entire order amount within two (2) business days.

Used products cannot be more than half used. They must contain more than half of the original contents. This is to protect us from unscrupulous individuals who are just looking for a free product (...you'd be surprised!...).
