SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed and shipped within 4 days of placing your order (excluding weekends & holidays) unless you purchase expedited, time-sensitive shipping during checkout (for example UPS Next Day Air). Expedited orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders with subtotals over $65 receive free standard shipping. Orders below $65 are charged actual carrier shipping rates.
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority, USPS First Class or UPS Shipping depending on the weight and size of the package. We will choose the lowest cost shipping option unless you specifically chose a shipping preference during checkout.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. Once the package has been received by the shipping carrier, the package is in their hands. In most cases, packages are delivered fairly quickly (within 4 days) unless you choose time-sensitive, expedited shipping during checkout, which is then delivered in the time frame purchased.
Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately email you the tracking number. Please wait a few hours after receiving the tracking number email for the package to be picked up by the carrier and the system to be updated.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will immediately ship a replacement to you free of charge. You must notify us within 30 days of your order date.
If you are not completely satisfied with the products in your order, contact us to let us know as we have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. (See below).

We offer a full 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on any one item you are not 100% satisfied with. Simply contact us to let us know within 30 days of your order date and we will refund 100% of the purchase price including shipping.
All we ask is that you consider giving the product to someone who may like it. Only one return per person (or address) per lifetime on one single item. (We recommend ordering a Product Sample Kit to explore multiple scents at once.)

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by either phone or email. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If your order has already shipped, and you choose to continue to cancel your order, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to our location.
Other than our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Nefertem Naturals, LLC offers no additional product warranties. If any adverse reaction occurs during the use of our products, immediately discontinue use and contact us.
