SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 Business Days of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays) unless you purchase expedited, time-sensitive shipping during checkout (for example UPS Next Day Air). Orders containing apparel may take longer. Expedited orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed within the USA with subtotals over $59 receive standard free shipping. Orders below $59 or placed outside of the USA are charged actual carrier shipping rates.
Orders placed within the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority, USPS First Class or UPS Shipping depending on the weight and size of the package. We will choose the lowest cost shipping option unless you specifically chose a shipping preference during checkout.
In most cases, packages are delivered fairly quickly, however, unless you purchased expedited, time-sensitive shipping (for example UPS Next Day Air), we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately email you the tracking number. Please wait a few hours after receiving the tracking number email for the packaged to be picked up by the carrier and the system to be updated.
We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico and the Philippines only. International orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide, USPS Priority International or UPS Worldwide, whichever is chosen by customer during checkout. International delivery dates can vary greatly considering the package must pass through customs. We appreciate your patience during international shipments. *Customers are responsible for paying the duties, taxes and tariffs on items ordered internationally.*
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item in error, please contact us immediately so we can correct the situation. Once notified, we will ship a replacement or exchange within 2 business days. No returns will be accepted for any reason 30 days after your order date.
If you are not completely satisfied with the products in your order, you can return them for a refund of your purchase price. Within 30 days of your order date, contact us with your request to initiate a return. We will promptly provide you with an address to return the used products to. Once we receive your shipment, we will refund your entire order amount within 2 business days.
We will not accept returns past 30 days from your order date or items that are less than half full. All products must contain more than half of the original contents. This is to protect us from unscrupulous individuals who are just looking for a free product (you'd be surprised!).

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by either phone or email. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If your order has already shipped, and you choose to continue to cancel your order, you will be solely responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to our location.
Other than our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Nefertem Naturals, LLC offers no additional product warranties. If any adverse reaction occurs during the use of our holistic skincare products, it is advised to immediately discontinue use and contact us.
