Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via the US Postal Service Priority Mail unless another method of shipping has been chosen. When requested, FedEx 2-Day shipping orders will be sent off Monday-Wednesday.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

Shipping is calculated based on weight. At times, we may run a promotion offering flat rate or free shipping. The order subtotal before taxes and after all discounts have been applied will be used to determine eligibility for free shipping.

If you believe the rate to ship your product was unreasonable or incorrect, please contact us using the contact tab to express this concern directly to us.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to any location outside of the United States.

Refund Policy

Due to the fact that our products are personal care products, we cannot accept any returned item that has been opened or used.

All returns must be in original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

We are committed to your satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your order date to initiate a return.

You will be responsible for paying to return the products to the address we provide you during the return request. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a full credit of the purchase price less shipping.

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item in error, please contact us within 14 days of your order date to initiate a return with return-shipping costs free of charge to you. Once we receive the item(s), we will ship a replacement to you within 3-5 business days.

No refunds accepted after 14 days

Order Cancellations

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by either phone or email. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If your order has already shipped, and you choose to continue to cancel your order, you will be solely responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to our location.

Nefertemâ„¢ does not provide any warranty of the items whatsoever, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty that the contents of the item will be error-free.
