What Are Chakras?🤔

Chakras are energy centers located in your body that are responsible for the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of your being. The term “chakra” is derived from the Sanskrit word cakra, which means “wheel”. 

This is because these energy centers are thought to be like spinning wheels of energy within your body.

The chakra system originated in Kemet over 10,000 years ago and has been practiced by many cultures ever since. In Kemet, the chakras were called the “Sefech Ba Ra” the “Seven Souls of Ra”.

India, giving way to the modern term chakra, began using this system roughly 5,000 years ago. 

While each culture has their own variances in location or quantity of chakras, they all center around the belief that they can be blocked, overactive or in balance.

The 7 Main Chakras✨

There are seven main chakras in the body, located in the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown.

How to Unblock and Balance Your Chakras😌

There are many ways to unblock and balance your chakras. The first step is to become aware of your chakras and their associated energies. Meditation is one of the best ways to do this.
