How to Use Aromatherapy Sprays

Crystal infused aromatherapy sprays are perfect for any time of day and any type of situation.

How To Use

Simply shake the bottle vigorously to blend the essential oils and water, remove plastic cover cap, hold spray bottle about 12 inches away from the body or fabric to be sprayed, then press down on the black atomizer cap.

Move the bottle around the area, with a sweeping motion so as to not saturate any one area with liquid.

Because our aromatherapy sprays are 100% natural, we recommend 5 to 10 pumps of spray for your body/clothes. This amount creates a moderate aroma, equivalent to one pump of alcohol-based perfumes/colognes. This amount is likely to stay with you for 5-7 hours.

Used For Reflection

Highly aromatic products, like our crystal-infused aromatherapy sprays, can be used to create a space for reflection and growth.

Start by setting your intention, then spray from the top of your head, down the front, back and sides of your body.

Take 3 deep, cleansing breaths with your eyes closed preferably. Focus on your intention, ask the creator for guidance and ground down into your feet. 

When you feel ready, open your eyes and move forward with a renewed spirit.
