Some of the greatest athletes of the world have shared how positively envisioning their wins have been just the motivation they needed during the most challenging times of the game.
Psychologists report that the mind does not know the difference between what has been imagined versus what is actually real. This concept can negatively affect people (think ptsd, anxiety disorders, etc...) and yet it can be a tool for our benefit.
This week's reflection reminds us how to always move confidently in our endeavors.
When we act as though failure is not an option, we move differently. We make bold choices, we act with unyielding bravery and we keep pushing forward even in the face of heavy adversity.
We must believe that whatever we put our minds to, we can achieve, period. So, from this week forward, let's hold our heads high in the face of challenges. Let's tell our minds that we can do anything we can imagine, even if it seems impossible. Then, let's watch as the magic unfolds!
