Never downplay what you bring to the table! Your experience has taught you tolerance, perseverance, and strength. Experience has likely given you patience and forced you to endure.

Your experience has helped you establish authority and provided you with the foresight to maneuver obstacles with confidence and precision.

This week, write down the names of those people you admire. For each name, write 2 attributes about the individual/s. Reflect on those attributes. What you will find is that the same qualities you admire in others are the same qualities others admire in you.
