As we travel through life, opposition is inevitable.

This weeks reflection is a powerful affirmation reminding us to always to keep the faith in ourselves.

Opposition can take on many forms. Most commonly, we hear it manifested in the word "no". Other times, it can take on the form of critique. For many, critique can be a dreaded word. Few of us awake in the morning with intentions of having our ideas evaluated.

When opposition in the form of critique comes our way, we shouldn't be alarmed; we shouldn't take it personal. Critique is a strong sign that the opposition is listening.

More importantly, it enhances our ideas and strengthens our position. It is a necessary evil that allows us to reach our full potential. The critique or opinions of others does not, however, depreciate the value of what we have to offer; it enhances it.
