Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days via “USPS Priority” or “FedEx Ground”. If you have specific shipping requirements other than those of standard ground shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing your order so we may assist you directly. Additional shipping charges will apply to expedited shipping requests.

Once your shipping label has been created we will email you a tracking number. 

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order, unless we are offering flat rate or free shipping at the time. If after viewing your shipping charge, you feel there is an error in the cost of shipping, please contact us to discuss. We are humans and mistakes can be made. If the shipping cost is in excess, we will credit the amount back to your credit card or prepare the order for you using an adjusted shipping rate.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to any locations outside of the United States. 


Returns Policy

Nefertem Naturals™ is committed to your satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days from the date you received the item. Due to the fact that our products are personal care products, we cannot accept any returned item that has been opened or used. All returns must be in original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

If we shipped you an item in error, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a return of the item free of charge to you. 

If you would like to return an item for any other reason, you must contact us BEFORE returning any item. Once a return request has been initiated, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be issued to you along with a return shipping address. You must then place the item(s) inside a shipping box with a copy of your original invoice. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box along with your name and seal the shipping box. Bring the box to your preferred shipping carrier and pay to ship the item to the address given to you in the return request.

Once the returned item(s) are received by us, we will inspect and notify you of the total amount of the credit. We will then issue you a credit, same day, back to whatever form of money exchange you used to purchase the items originally. (Example, if you paid using PayPal, we issue a credit on PayPal). It is out of our control here at Nefertem Naturals™ whether or not your credit card processor holds the credit for a set period of time.

Nefertem Naturals™ also offers a 14 day return policy on damaged items as well. If your product arrived damaged, we will replace it as soon as possible with an enclosed shipping label for you to return the damaged item back to us free of charge. Please open and inspect all items in your order immediately upon receipt to ensure nothing has been damaged during shipping and that you accurately received the exact order you placed. No refunds will be given after the 14 day period. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect each item.


Returning products is easy, simply follow these instructions:

Simply click here to contact us stating that you would like to make a return or exchange and request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). We would appreciate a reason for the return or exchange so we can better assist customers in the future or make adjustments to the items we sell based on customer reviews. Upon receiving this information we will promptly contact you with your RMA number. No returns will be accepted without our RMA number located prominently on the outside of the shipping box. We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return.

Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. If the product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card or paypal account you used for your original purchase.


Order Cancellations

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by either phone or email. Click here to email us now. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If your order has already shipped, and you choose to continue to cancel your order, you will be solely responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to our location. 


Product Warranties

No warranties are made by Nefertem Naturals™ whether expressed or implied. Nefertem Naturals™ does not provide any warranty of the items whatsoever, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty that the contents of the item will be error-free.
